Kingstone has developed the hebrew language for israeli iPods, together with Morphey and Vicerman.
He owns the site israpod.net (which the domain isn't quit active), and gave all the israeli ipodders a new hope of hebrew song tags, hebrew menus, and readable hebrew font. -Morphey

He can be found on the unofficial iPodwizard.net IRC channel on Freenode (chat.freenode.net:6667), where discussion about features is done, along with on the website in the Download and Discussion Forum.
