Loading Resources

What are resources?
There are different kinds of resources. There are ones for Scheme Layout, Menus, Font Type, and Command Table.
Scheme layouts- How something is displayed, what happens to certain images as a reaction of changes. They can change the position of an image to how an image is layered and various other changes
Menus- What is on a menu and how it reacts. For example, Invader Zim made a disk browser that was dormant appear on the main menu.
Font Types- How characters are displayed. You can change font color with this, text alignment from center to right. Size of text and so on.
Command Tables- At the current moment, it is not completely configured but decides the basic reactions of actions. For example, you can make the music take you strait to artist or you can make the play and menu button switch what they do.

Two ways to upload A resource
- The first way is loading each individual resource one-by-one. Usually you'll only do this if you have 1-5 resources in a folder. You would click the "Load Resource" button for this one.
- The second way is loading all the resources at once. Now you can only do this if first there all named correctly and second you're under the right Resource Type. This will load all the resources at once. It is very useful for those huge hacks. You would click the "Load All" button for this one.
How to upload A Resource
- 1) Open iPodWizard and load your Firmware, then click the "Layout" button.
- 2) In layout go to any Resource Type you need to. Click either "Load All" if you have a lot of resources or "Load Resource" if you don't have many resources. Once you you've found out which button to click go to the directory your resource is at and upload it.
- 3) Click "Write" and then unplug your iPod and your hack is ready.
