today i realized that i almost have no free space on my 80GB ipod so i decided to delete some music from it (i manage my ipod manually and use only simple playlists) and then i understood that if i delete a playlist, itunes dosent delete these files from the ipod and they stays in Music Tab.

does anybody knows how to delete all the songs from my ipod that dosent appear in PlayLists (and should be removed long time ago when i had deleted the playList they were belong to) automaticlly ( i dont want to search every song that shouldnt be there and delete it, i mean maybe there is a function in itunes that dose it already)

Unfortunately, since you have it on manual, you will have to go through and delete those manually too. If you delete just the list, the files are still there, just not the play list any longer. That's the only way to do it, that's why I no longer have it set on manual anymore. Plus, I want to make genius playlists....
