I Want To Get My iPod Back To Default Without Losing Everything
I've been sitting here an hour trying to do it....I've downgraded iTunes and gotten an older updater but it still keeps telling me I have to update thru iTunes, and when I try to run the updater it tells me I have to do it thru iTunes as well....I have a 5G iPod video and all I wanna know is how to get it back to default without restoring, I've read a couple threads on here but they seem to be outdated. Someone please help. I actually like the theme I have but it says Rob's Ipod at the top.....if someone can tell me how to switch that name at the top that would also be fine.

Load the default firmware, load ur iPod's firmware, and load the original one onto your ipod...
OR Back up your information, and then restore... .ki |
