I'm having troubles writing it all to my ipod. When I click 'Write to iPod' it says it was unable to write because some programs are still open. But there isn't anything open! I rebooted (is that the past tense of reboot?) my computer to make sure no hidden programs were still running, but it didn't help.

Have you tried looking for anything in processes in task manager itunes related----> like ituneshelper,ipodservice etc.

I really wouldn't know that's opened, because I'm only using iTunes. It's still giving the same error, even after many tries

EDIT: I also have the feeling it doesn't fully load the firmware into ipodwizard. I get the green bar and it loads until about 30% before it just disappears. But I never see the bar complete until 100%. Does that have anything to do with it?

And I'm also not sure about whether I have a 5G or 5.5G. I once heard that ipods with a 'search' option are 5.5G (Mine hasn't) But on kenmc.com, it says 30gb ipods (which mine is) are 5.5G.
