Ipod touch problem

I have a 4th gen touch. For some reason when you touch a app or anything else there will be a box around it. Then it will not let you go anywhere. I am rebooted and tried to restore and nothing is working. Any ideas?

iPod 5.5g wont let me change my theme... help?

Ok so I have a Video iPod 5.5g with firmware version 1.2.1 on it and an up tp date copy of iPodWizard... I did the game hack and it works awesome... I can download most the hacks and they work too... but I cant change the theme! (pictures) I tried the theme converter but after I convert the theme and try to write it ipw stops working... I've tried almost everything I've read in the forums but alot of the possible solutions lead to dead ends... such as Continuum2... I cannot for the life of me find a copy! I dont know if it might make a difference but i'm running windows 7 on my pc... Can someone please help me? Thank you so much in advance! All I want to do is put a decent theme on my iPod to make it more personalized...

Changing Fonts on iPod Video (5G)

I'm trying to change the size of the font on my iPod Video 5G. I've followed the instructions given on iPodWizard.net Wiki and elsewhere (Standard,OTF Font, #4, Make Font, etc.) and repeated them numerous times on two different computers.

After hitting the "write" button, I get a message that the write was successful, although the progress bar did not show the green line moving from left to right. After ejecting and restarting the iPod, there is no change to the font all.

Am I leaving something out? Do I need to load bitmap and metrics or is that a different operation altogether?

Scrapped iPod nano G3 help please

My friend got a-hold of a broken iPod Nano G3, there are two problems with it, there is a visible tear in the ribbon for the screen, and when i plug it into a power source it beeps twice which I looked up and means it can't detect the screen.
The other problem is that because he thought it was hooped anyways he cut the wires for the battery (to avoid an exploding battery just in case), so now when I plug it into a computer it makes a clicking noise as if the battery charge unit is hooped and won't even register on the computer.

Is there anyway to save this old beat up iPod, even if to only use as a flash drive/storage device, or if I could get RockBox onto it it'd be nice to use as a usb multimedia remote, even if the screen won't work.

Doesn't play music; wrong file format? ;(

I got this ipod (idk even which one it is), and I have a lot of problems with it.
This ipod doesn't play most of my music bc it says "invalid file format". The same music that doesn't play on mine plays on any other ipod.
It uses any other USB meant for an iPod...
and i accidentally pressed the reset button & now everything is in chinese/korean/idk.

This is my iPod. >.<

I know rockbox had it even though it was jerky.

I plugged in my iPod nano and I deleted some music on it. After that, iTunes froze and my iPod started acting wierd. The apple sign shows like it's turning on, then it disappears and the screen if white for a moment, then it goes back to the apple sign. I don't know what to do. It's been doing that for about half an hour now. D: Someone PLEASE help!!!
